“The couple's favorite island was Fatu Hiva, the southernmost island of the Marquesas Islands. “It's some of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen in my life," said Ovendorf, 32. "It has a population of 600 so there's nowhere for tourists to really stay on the island. There's no way to get to the island, except for via boat, because there's not an airport. So it just felt completely untouched," said Zhu. "This island is like an untouched Hawaii on a much smaller and more remote scale."”
