Special Covid-19 Cancellation conditions
In order to allow customers to book safely, Aranui has relaxed its cancellation conditions for the first half of 2021:
- Applicable to all passengers on Cruises N°1 to N°12/2021, from January 19 to July 27, 2021
- Cancellation up to 30 days before departure: no penalty. Postponement or refund possible.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: full payment is due except in the case of exceptional Covid circumstances preventing the trip. In this case, the client may either postpone the cruise at no charge (fare of the new cruise apply) or get a refund. Details here.
