In order to allow customers to book safely, Aranui has relaxed its cancellation conditions for the first half of 2021:
- Applicable to all passengers on Cruises N°1 to N°14/2021, from January 19 to August 21, 2021
- Cancellation up to 30 days before departure: no penalty. Postponement or refund possible.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: full payment is due except in the case of exceptional Covid circumstances preventing the trip. In this case, the client may either postpone the cruise at no charge (the appropriate fare for the new cruise will apply) or receive a refund.
- Nota Bene: Applicable only to the Cruise portion for all reservations from V1 to V14 in 2021. Any packages which include other services such as air, hotel, etc are excluded from this amended cancellation policy. Please refer to your contract for cancellation details.
