The Compagnie Polynésienne de Transport Maritime undertakes to collect and process all Personal Data in accordance with the regulations in force, in particular those resulting from the French law “Informatique et Libertés” n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 related to the protection of personal data (GDPR).
