Lecturers                   Dr. Raymond Bagnis Doctor of medicine and human biology, specialist in tropical medicine.  Director of Oceanographic Medical at the Malarde Institute, responsible for the “ciguatera” program.  Professor at the Universite Francaise du Pacifique, responsible for the DEA research in coral reef surrounding.  Dr. Bagnis lives and works in French Polynesia for many years.
